Our Founding Vision

SLONE Partners Cybersecurity was founded in 2012 by Alexandra Chen, a former Chief Information Security Officer with over two decades of experience in financial services and critical infrastructure protection. Recognizing the growing disconnect between organizations' cybersecurity needs and the available talent pool, Alexandra established the firm with a singular mission: to bridge the critical cybersecurity talent gap through specialized, knowledgeable recruitment.

What began as a boutique executive search firm focused on CISO placements has evolved into a comprehensive cybersecurity talent solutions provider. Today, we serve organizations across 40+ industry verticals, from Fortune 500 enterprises to innovative startups, government agencies, and critical infrastructure providers.
